										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-7231" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.vores-opskrifter.dk/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/english-muffins2-e1506504050774.jpg?resize=750%2C563" alt="English muffins - engelske muffins" width="750" height="563" data-recalc-dims="1" /><br />English Muffins er utroligt lækre og faktisk meget nemmere at lave, end jeg have regnet med.<br />Jeg var først lidt skeptisk, da jeg så de skulle &#8220;steges&#8221; på en pande, og altså ikke bages i ovnen.<br />En anden lidt speciel ting ved English Muffins, er at de ikke skal skæres over, men i stedet prikker man dem hele vejen rundt med en gaffel og kan derefter vride dem fra hinanden. Det skulle gøre dem mere ujævne og bedre at riste.</p>
<p>Jeg laver altid dejen om aftenen og stiller i køleskabet, så den er klar til næste morgen, hvor den skal bruges. Man behøver ikke koldhæve dejen, men hvis du ikke gør, skal du bruges 30 g gær i stedet og lade dejen stå overdækket på køkkenbordet og hæve til ca. dobbeltstørrelse.</p>
<p>Jeg kastede mig i første omgang over de engelske muffins, fordi jeg forsøgte at efterligne de lækre McMuffins fra McDonald&#8217;s (hvilket faktisk lykkes over al forventning), men de kan også sagtens bruges som helt almindelige/anderledes morgenboller.<br />Denne opskrift på English Muffins er i hvert fald blevet et hit herhjemme.</p>

<p>Grove sandwichboller er helt perfekte til lækre hjemmesmurte sandwich eller min personlige favorit, <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/flaeskestegssandwich/">flæskestegssandwich</a>.<br />De grove sandwichboller er et rigtig godt alternativ til en helt lys sesambolle. Selvom de er grove, bliver de stadig luftige og saftige &#8211; Se billedet nederst på siden, hvor man kan se, hvor meget de hæver op.<br />De kan sagtens holde sig nogle dage og de er nemme at lune, inden de skal bruges.<br />Hvis man ikke er så meget til grove boller, kan man erstatte grahamsmelet med tilsvarende hvedemel.</p>

Men med denne opskrift på 5-korns boller er det lykkes, at lave boller der både har det grove, luftige og lette og ikk bliver tørre, som nogle grove boller kan blive. Det er uden tvivl blevet vores favorit, når bollerne skal have lidt mere indhold. De holder sig friske i mange dage og kan nemt lunes i ovnen inden de skal spises. mængden af 5-kornsblandingen kan varieres efter smag. Er du glad for kerner og korn, kan du sagtens bruge 200 g til disse 5-korns boller. Vil du have endnu grovere boller, kan du erstatte ca. 150 g hvedemel med fuldkornshvedemel.</p>

Der er ikke mange ingredienser, så opskriften er lige at gå til. Jeg synes, at boller med honning er et rigtig godt alternativ til boller med sukker. Hvor sukkeret normalt kun søder bollerne, gør honningen dem også meget saftige.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Denne opskrift på boller med havregryn, er opstået som en blanding af forskellige opskrifter og lysten til at eksperimentere lidt. Resultatet endte med at blive rigtig godt, så derfor får I også lige opskriften.<br />Bollerne smager rigtig godt, er super luftige og så er der masser af gods i dem. Det er en fordel hvis du har en køkkenmaskine, da dejen skal æltes meget grundigt.<br />Du kan toppe dem med lige hvad du har lyst til. Jeg dryssede nogle af dem med sesam og chiafrø, og lod de resterende være uden noget.</p>

<p>Brioche burgerboller er helt fantastiske, nok de aller bedste efter min mening. De bliver super luftige og utroligt bløde &#8211; helt perfekte til burgere!</p>
<p>Rigtige briocheboller er fyldt med masser af smør og æg, så de bliver bløde, luftige og saftige. Jeg tør næsten garantere at denne briochebolle bliver din nye favorit burgerbolle &#8211; det er i hvert fald blevet vores. Briocheboller er nemme og hurtige at lave, men kræver en del tid til hævning.</p>
<p>Så hvis du er vild med burgere, men endnu ikke har kastet dig ud i en brioche burgerbolle, har den hermed vores varmeste anbefaling!</p>
<p>Vi lavede burgere med <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/hjemmelavet-bearnaise-der-aldrig-skiller/">hjemmelavet bearnaise</a> og en svampeblanding &#8211; kort sagt blev det en succes 🙂</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Med denne opskrift kan du lave boller, som du ellers kun får på italienske restauranter. De bliver sprøde, meget saftige og helt utroligt luftige &#8211; og så er det nogle rigtige smørtyve. De er faktisk ret simple at lave og kræver ikke mange ingredienser. Det er dog nødvendigt med en røremaskine, da dejen skal æltes meget og det er næsten umuligt at ælte den&nbsp;i hånden. Du kan bage bollerne samme dag, eller du kan vælge at hæve dem i køleskabet natten over, så de er klar dagen efter. Det er uden tvivl de mest luftige boller jeg har bagt til dato.</p>

<p>Den er utrolig nem at lave og så kan de hurtige boller være klar på bare 2 timer. Det vil være en fordel. hvis du har en røremaskine, da dejen skal æltes meget grundigt.</p>
<p>De mætter rigtig godt og så holder de sig friske meget længe. Du kan derfor sagtens lave dem i weekenden og have boller til hele ugen &#8211; hvis ikke de bliver spist meget hurtigt.</p>

<p>Bollerne smager helt fantastisk og så er de utroligt luftige. De er hurtige at lave, men kræver at du begynder dagen før du skal bruge dem. Ventetiden er uden tvivl det værd!</p>
<p>Der er fuldkornshvedemel i, så de mætter lidt bedre og samvittigheden får det måske også en smule bedre.</p>

Det tager ca. 10 minutter på maskine.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-61d5a31f4c799" class="direction-step">Lad dejen hæve med et viskestykke i ca. 30 minutter.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1641390994897675" class="direction-step">Herefter skal dejen formes til 12 boller.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1641391000408724" class="direction-step">Pensel dem med æg og mælk og drys evt. med birkes, sesam eller chiafrø.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1641391006317801" class="direction-step">Lad dem hæve i en slukket ovn i 45 minutter. Sæt et fad i bunden af ovnen og tilfør kogende vand hvert 10. minut, så der er damp i ovnen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1641391011591854" class="direction-step">Efter de 45 minutter sættes ovnen på 220°C varmluft, mens bollerne stadig er i ovnen.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1641391017855907" class="direction-step">Bag dem i ca. 20 minutter.
