Svinekæberne kan blive helt utroligt møre og de vil helt sikkert være et hit, uanset hvem man serverer dem for.<br />Det kræver ikke de store evner i et køkken at lave ølbraiserede svinekæber, for det gode ved simremad er, at det stort set passer sig selv.<br />Man kan nøjes med at give svinekæberne 2 timer i ovnen, men det bliver faktisk kun bedre af at få et par timer mere. Derfor kan man roligt give dem længere tid, hvis man bare skruer ned for ovnen, som beskrevet i opskriften.<br />Til ølbraiserede svinekæber plejer vi at koge kartofler eller lave kartoffelmos. <p>Lasagne er en af de helt store favoritter herhjemme. Jeg laver altid lasagne helt fra bunden &#8211; det bliver bare meget bedre. Har du mod på det, så prøv at lav pastapladerne selv med opskriften på <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/hjemmelavet-frisk-pasta/">hjemmelavet pasta</a>.<br>Man kan godt lave mornaysaucen selv, men jeg synes faktisk dem man køber smager rigtig godt.<br>Det er vigtigt at tage sig tid til denne opskrift, da den som andre opskrifter med kødsovs, har rigtig godt af at stå og samle sig. Har du mulighed for det, bliver den kun bedre af at lave kødsovsen et par timer før den skal bruges. Man kan også sagtens lave kødsovsen dagen før, så den rigtig får samlet sig natten over. Det er meget lækkert kød, som fortjener at blive serveret med en god gang <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/hjemmelavet-bearnaise-der-aldrig-skiller/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">hjemmelavet bearnaise</a>.<br />Ribeye bøfferne er perfekte til de dage, hvor maden skal gå lidt hurtigt eller der skal hygges lidt ekstra. De kunne sagtens have en fast plads på min ugentlige madplan!<br />Bøfferne er også utroligt gode at grille. Her kan de med fordel ligge og trække sammen med lidt olie, timiankvistene og hvidløg, inden de lægges på grillen. De kan eventuelt serveres sammen med en god <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/broccolisalat/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">broccolisalat</a>.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Forloren hare er en af mine absolute favoritter indenfor mormormad. Jeg har efterhånden lavet det et utal af gange og det bliver en succes hver gang. Som alt andet mormormad skal der selvfølgelig rigtig piskefløde i &#8211; og gerne i rigelige mængder.<br />Til en forloren hare skal der også serveres en rigtig god brun sovs. Den er heldigvis nem at lave og er fyldt med smag. Når fløden ligger ved haren i ovnen, samler den både smag og saft fra farsen, så når haren er færdig, tager det kun et par minutter at få sovsen helt på plads.</p>

Den langtidsteges i en gryde med grøntsager og bouillon og når den er færdig er kødet så mørt, at det er lige til at trække fra hinanden. Vi har altid været glade for bacon og pølser i weekenden og så er det jo oplagt at blande det sammen. Vi fandt ret hurtigt ud af, at der selvfølgelig også skulle løg, svampe og fløde i. Det blev til denne opskrift, som allerede er blevet en fast weekend tradition, når vi har lidt ekstra tid til morgenmaden.<br />Det smager rigtig godt ved siden af scramble eggs, men det bedste er ovenpå et <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/perfekte-sproede-rundstykker/">rundstykke</a> eller friskbagte boller som f.eks. <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/italienske-boller/">italienske boller</a> eller <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/luftige-briocheboller/">briocheboller</a>.<br />Den er i det hele taget et rigtig godt alternativ til den klassiske brunch med bacon, pølser og æg.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Frikadeller skal smage af noget og det har stor betydning hvordan du rører farsen sammen.<br />Det er vigtigt at kødet bliver rørt sejt med saltet først, så frikadellerne får den helt rigtige konsistens.<br />Jeg tilføjer altid bacon i frikadellerne &#8211; det giver en rigtig god smag og minder lidt om dem man køber hos slagteren.<br />Jeg har lavet rigtig mange frikadeller og prøvet et hav af opskrifter, men det er nu denne opskrift, jeg altid vender tilbage til. De er fyldt med smag og har den konsistens, som jeg mener en frikadelle skal have. Det er en fordel hvis du har en blender og en elpisker, men det kan sagtens lade sig gøre uden &#8211; men der skal røres meget! Hvis du ikke har en blender, skærer du bare baconen i endnu mindre skiver og putter direkte i farsen sammen med bouillonvandet.<br />Server dem eventuelt sammen med en god <a href="http://www.vores-opskrifter.dk/hjemmelavet-kartoffelsalat/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hjemmelavet kartoffelsalat</a>.</p>
